Hi, I’m Caitlin! Born and raised in the heart of North Georgia, I’m often asked how I ended up in real estate. The short answer? “It’s a God thing.”
Real estate was never on my bucket list. In fact, it wasn’t even on my radar. But somehow, I found myself in the industry, and looking back, I can see how it was meant to be. I have a giving heart, always seeking ways to serve and help others. I truly believe that God placed me in real estate to serve my community and make a difference. I live by the belief that we’re stronger together—community over competition. Real estate doesn’t have to be a dog-eat-dog world, and I’m here to prove that every day.
I started in real estate back in 2019. My journey began as an underpaid assistant (honestly, I’m not sure if I can call it underpaid since I didn’t know a single thing about real estate back then). But I was desperate for a change. I needed out of my old job, and when real estate found me, something just clicked. I won't lie—there were a lot of tears and doubts along the way. I wasn’t sure I could do it, but I knew deep down that I could push through. (Okay, I’m kidding… sort of. Real estate is HARD.)
But guess what? I passed my real estate exam and kept working as a licensed assistant, doing contract-to-close work. A few years went by, and I was ready for something new, so I took a big leap and stepped down from my position to work independently as an agent. Talk about scary! Seriously—is my dog going to get to eat this month? (Just kidding… mostly). The uncertainty was nerve-wracking, but also exciting. Real estate is tough, yes, but it’s incredibly rewarding. Every time I help a buyer or seller achieve their dreams, I am reminded of why I do this work.
I am honored to be a part of every homeowner and seller’s story, and I’m grateful for the trust they put in me. But, in case it’s a bad deal, don’t mention my name—just kidding again! (Wink, wink.)
If you’re reading this and considering making a move, whether buying or selling, I want you to know that I’m here to serve you. Real estate doesn’t have to be intimidating or overwhelming, and I promise to make the process as smooth as possible. Let’s work together to make your dreams a reality. Because at the end of the day, it’s all about building a community where we lift each other up.
