Peanut Butter Christmas Cookies:
Are an easy-to-make holiday treat that creates a sweet, peanut-buttery cookie. Easy ingredients that will be in your pantry! Each batch takes about 12 minutes to bake!

Recipe Tips:
Peanut Butter - This cookie recipe is made with creamy peanut butter. I don’t recommend making it with natural peanut butter since the high oil level will affect the final structure and taste of the cookie.
Creaming The Ingredients – You’ll notice that the recipe card instructs the butter, peanut butter, and sugars to be creamed together. Don’t skip this step! Creaming the butters and sugars together supports the texture of the cookies. It also increases the volume of the cookie dough.
Melting The Chocolate – Melting the chocolate chips can be done in the microwave or using a double boiler. When melting chocolate chips, I also like to add two teaspoons of coconut or vegetable oil to allow for smoother dipping chocolate.
Dipping The Cookies – Since there are a lot of cookies to dip, you may want to melt and dip them in batches. That way, the chocolate doesn’t harden and end up being wasted since it can’t be re-melted. Be sure to add the sprinkles as soon as the cookies have been dipped in the melted chocolate.
